The 13th Annual Nantucket Half Marathon and 10k will be held on Sunday, October 13th, 2024 beginning at 8am.

Packet Pick Up:

Packet pick-up will be held Friday, October 11th from 4-6pm at The Nantucket Run Centre at 36 Centre Street in downtown Nantucket, and Saturday, October 12th from 4-6pm at The Haul Over at 7 Salem Street – next to the Stop and Shop grocery store downtown. Limited packet pick-up will be available the morning of the race beginning at 7 am.

Directions and Parking:

The race begins and ends at Bartlett’s Farm at 33 Bartlett Farm Rd. Limited parking is be available at the race venue but we encourage the use of public transportation and carpooling to reduce race site congestion.

Timing:

The Nantucket Half Marathon and 10k are professionally timed by All Sports Events. Race results will be available LIVE at:

Aid Stations:

Aid stations are positioned at approximately every mile and both water and Gatorade will be available. Much of the course runs through Nantucket Island Land Bank’s Smooth Hummock Coastal Preserve – a globally rare sandplain grassland ecosystem – protected conservation land! Keep Nantucket beautiful and please do not litter! Please place water cups and gel packets in the garbage cans provided at aid stations.

Course Closure:

The course is OPEN to traffic throughout the entire race. While we make every effort to make the course as safe as possible with many volunteers, police and signage, the roads are not closed to traffic – be aware of your surroundings at all times. The course closes at 11:30 am. Racers who have no yet finished by this time are welcome to continue to the finish line however official timing may no longer be available.

Awards:

All finishers will receive a medal. We will offer a cash prize to the top three male and female finishers, and awards to the top three finishers in each age group. Age group designations are as follows:
